Admitted members benefit from the information they receive on PPE related issues while having a link to the PPE community as a whole and being able to network with key players of the industry. Input into ESF positions is also a valuable benefit available to admitted members.

Who are the Admitted members?
Natural persons, legal persons, national or international organisations with an interest in the field of ‘OHS´ (Occupational Health and Safety at Work).

Voting Right:
Admitted members shall hold no voting rights in the General Meeting. They may attend the Board of Directors meetings as observers. They can become members of committees in which they have an interest.

Become a member:
The candidate-members shall address their request for nomination to the president of the Board of Directors, who in turn shall immediately pass it on to the other Board members. Any Board member may submit within a term of 30 days following the written notification of the request, a negative opinion in writing to the president. A candidate member for which no negative advice was released, becomes automatically a provisional member after expiry of the period of thirty (30) days. The membership shall be ratified at the next General Assembly meeting. In case a negative opinion is submitted, the nomination as admitted member shall be deliberated on by the Board of Directors in the course of its first following meeting, whom will take a provisional decision for the admittance of the Admitted member. The next general assembly will finally decide on the refusal or approval of the membership as a admitted member. At his General Assembly at least two / thirds (2/3) of the members have to be present or represented. The decision will be taken by two/thirds (2/3) of majority. Until this meeting, the candidate-member will be a provisional member and membership fees are due.

Membership:
Admitted members shall pay a membership fee to be determined annually by the General Assembly meeting. Membership shall become effective only following payment of the membership fee.
